The petitioner complains that compensation for the acquired land of the petitioner comprising of Khasra No. 90, area 1.600 hectare, Village Momnathal, Pargana Dankaur, Tehsil Sadar, District Gautam Budh Nagar has not been released in favour of the petitioner so far, although the petitioner has supplied all necessary documents to respondent no. 3. The prayer made is for a direction to respondent no. 3 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 11.2.2025 filed in this behalf. 2. Sri Kaushalendra Nath Singh, learned counsel for the respondent-Development Authority, submits that the Development Authority be also afforded opportunity of hearing by respondent no. 3 before any decision is taken on the representation of the petitioner. 3. Having regard to the submissions made, the petition is disposed of with direction to respondent no. 3 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 11.2.2025 within six weeks after due notice and opportunity to the petitioner, respondent no. 3 and any other person making any rival claim.
