T BALASWAMI The Court made the following: 2 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE D.RAMESH CONTEMPT CASE No. 4919 of 2022 ORDER: The present contempt case is filed for non implementation of the order, dated 22.08.2022, passed by this Court in W.P.No.26250 of 2022, wherein this Court disposed of the writ petition directing the respondents to take a decision in terms of Section 10(1) of the Andhra Pradesh Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923 and communicate the same to the petitioner in terms of Section 10(2) of the Act, within one month. 2. After issuing notice, the respondent filed reply-affidavit stating that respondents have conducted the enquiry and communicated the decision to the petitioner vide endorsement dated 28.10.2022. Therefore, the respondents have complied with the order passed by this Court. 3. In view of the above, nothing survives in the contempt case to adjudicate further. 4. Therefore, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
