Order 27/10/2025
1. Today, even in the second round, no one has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioners.
2. By way of filing the instant criminal miscellaneous petition, the petitioners have challenged the FIR No.35/2019 registered with Police Station-Peeloda, District-Sawai Madhopur for offences under Sections 354 & 384 of IPC.
3. Bare perusal of the record shows that the petitioners could not succeed in pursuing the Court for grant of any interim
order and after more than 6.5 years from the date of registration of FIR and moreso, when nobody is there to pursue the case of the petitioners, no interference is called for. Bare perusal of the
[2025:RJ-JP:43030] (2 of 2) [CRLMP-2455/2019] impugned FIR would reveal that prima facie case is made out against the petitioners.
4. Without making any comments on the merits of the case, the present criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed being devoid of any substance and merit.
