It is pointed out that earlier he had filed similar writ petition i.e. CRWP-8242-2024 for setting aside order dated 06.08.2024 which was withdrawn by the petitioner on 29.08.2024. Thereafter, he has given representation dated 31.03.2025 (Annexure P-7) addressed to Addl. Chief Secretary, Govt. of Haryana Jail Department, Director General of Prisons, Haryana and the Superintendent of District Jail Faridabad, which is pending for consideration. 2. Notice of motion. 3. On advance notice, Ms. Ambika Sood, Addl. A.G., Haryana, appears and accepts notice on behalf of officials-respondents.
