She was informed that the original file of the Authority is not traceable and she should file the original documents to facilitate the decision. The specific case of the petitioner is that she has provided the documents which are in her possession but still no decision is being taken. 2. Sri Abhinav Krishna Srivastava, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents no. 2 and 3 states that the Authority will take decision in the matter expeditiously. 3. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondents no. 2 and 3 to take appropriate decision on the application of the petitioner dated 24.8.2024 within six weeks from today.
