Mr. Bhanu Jasrotia, learned GA, has submitted that the petitioner has approached this Court directly without first availing the remedy of seeking anticipatory bail before the learned concerned Sessions Court. 2. Faced with the situation, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly submits that the petitioner may be granted ten (10) days’ time to approach the learned Sessions Court for grant of bail in anticipation of arrest. 3. In view of the above submission, the present application is disposed of by permitting the petitioner to approach the Sessions Court concerned, at the first instance, for grant of anticipatory bail within a period of ten (10) Bail App No. 323/2025 2 days from today. Till then, the petitioner shall not be arrested. However, in case the petitioner fails to approach the learned Sessions Court within the aforesaid period, the interim protection granted herein shall cease to operate thereafter. Mr. Aseem Kumar Sawhney, learned senior counsel submits that the contesting parties have settled the dispute amicably, as such, he seeks some time to place the settlement on record. 3.
