Heard Mr. R.S. Patel, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. Prafull N. Bharat, learned Advocate General along with Mr. Shashank Thakur, learned Deputy Advocate General for respondents / State. 2. The petitioner has filed this petition praying for following relief:- “10.1. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue appropriate writ and direct the respondent authorities to make payment due amount of bills, total amount of Rupees 24,76,852.00/- (Twenty Four Lakh Seventy Six Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty Two Rupees only)- which are pending before them to the petitioner within 30 days with 18%, in the interest of justice. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue appropriate writ and direct the respondent to consider the representation dated 18.08.2025, in the interest of justice. 10.3 Any other relief which the Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper under the facts & circumstances may also be provided to the petitioner.” 3 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw the present petition with liberty to seek appropriate remedy before the appropriate forum. 4. In view of the same, as prayed by learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to seek appropriate remedy before the appropriate forum. 5. Certified copy of the documents annexed in the petition, if any, may be returned back to the counsel for the petitioner after obtaining the photocopy of the same.
