This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioners for quashing FIR No.489/2017 registered at Police Station Sanganer, Jaipur City (East). 2. Learned Public Prosecutor has placed on record one factual report dated 14.10.2025 prepared by S.H.O. of the above Police Station revealing therein that after investigation, in view of the compromise between the petitioners and complainant, no offence is found to have been made out against the petitioners and accordingly, the Police Authorities have filed negative final [2025:RJ-JP:43840] (2 of 2) [CRLMP-2020/2019] report before the Court on 29.08.2023, which has already been accepted by the court below. 3. The factual report dated 14.10.2025 is taken on record. 4.
