Petitioner has been appointed as Field Assistant of Madhavaram Village, Sidhout Mandal, YSR Kadapa District 01.10.2007. After completion of social audit, basing on certain allegations, impugned suspension order-cum-show cause notice vide RC.No.C9/1937/Siddavatam (M)/18SA/2024, dated 24.02.2025 vyas issued by the 2"^^ respondent to the petitioner, and the petitioner was also called upon to submit explanation. Petitioner submitted on 3 \ n HCGRJ W^P.NoM664 of 2025 explanation on 03.03.2025. However, the inquiry is stated to be still going on. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inspite of submitting aforesaid explanation, though Clause 13B(5) of the Field Assistants Human Resource Policy provides for completion of disciplinary proceedings within thirty (30) days, the respondents have not concluded the same. 4. Sri M.S.R Chandra Murthy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.2 submits that inquiry is at an advanced stage and 5. will be concluded soon. In view of aforesaid submissions, without expressing any 6. merits of the matter, with the consent of both the learned opinion on counsel, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage, directing respondent No.2 to conclude the inquiry and pass appropriate speaking orders, after providing due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of three (03) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As it is stated that petitioner has been continuing to attend his duties till 11.04.2025 i.e. beyond the date of passing impugned suspension order, petitioner shall be continued to discharge duties, however subject to outcome of inquiry.
