This writ petition is directed against recommendations of the decisions of the Medical Board dated 10 December 2022 and Review Medical Board dated 12 April 2023, to the extent they have graded the petitioner as Shape-5. 2. The writ petition seeks the constitution of a fresh independent Medical Board, as per Standing Order 04/2008. 3. It is a conceded position at the bar that the petitioner has W.P.(C) 13775/2023 p. 2 thereafter been re-assessed and has been upgraded first to Shape-2 and thereafter to Shape-1. 4. As such, the grievance in the writ petition stands assuaged. The writ petition does not survive for further consideration and is accordingly disposed of. 5.
