His clients dispatched representation dated 12th March, 2025 to the District Magistrate. He seeks consideration of the representation. 2. Mr. Devesh Vikram, learned advocate, Additional Chief Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State. Ms. Akanksha Gaur, learned advocate appears on behalf of respondent no. 4 (N.H.A.I) and submits, the proper authority is Additional District Magistrate/Competent Authority (Land Acquisition), Aligarh. 3. Additional District Magistrate/Competent Authority (L.A), Aligarh is added as respondent no. 5. Petitioner has liberty to cause the amendment in Court, to be countersigned by Court Master. Amended copy of the writ petition along with certified copy of this order and copy of representation dated 12th March, 2025 be communicated by petitioner to added respondent no. 5. Said respondent will look into petitioners' grievance and inform them on the acquisition and prescribed procedure for obtaining compensation. In event petitioners' land has not been acquired, same should be informed to petitioners. Result of the consideration be made known to petitioners within four weeks of the communication. 4.
