1. The petitioner has filed this petition seeking following relief(s):- 10.1 This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to the case of the petitioner from the possession of the respondents for its kind perusal. 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus or suitable direction commanding the respondents about the
2 appointment of the petitioner on compassionate basis in their establishment any suitable post. 10.3 Any other relief or relief(s) which this Hon’ble Court may think proper in view of the facts and circumstances of the case may also kindly be granted.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the present, this writ petition may be disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh representation before the respondents/competent authority, respondents/competent authority may also be
directed to consider and decide the same at the earliest within the specific period as fixed by this Court.
3. Learned State counsel submits that the same may be decided in accordance with law.
4. Be that as it may, the instant petition is disposed of and liberty is reserved to the petitioner to make a fresh representation ventilating his grievances to competent authorities/respondents No.1 within a period of 45 days.
5. On such representation having been made, the respondents No.1/competent authorities shall decide the same within further period of 120 days from the date of receipt of representation after hearing the stakeholder.
6. With above observation, the writ petition is finally disposed of.
7. This Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the case.
8. If any adverse order is passed against the petitioner, she would be at liberty to challenge the same. Sd/-
