Heard Sri P.V.Ramana, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ramakrishna Pativada, learned counsel for the respondents.
2. The above contempt case was filed complaining about the non- implementation of the order dated 30.07.2024 in W.P.No.5938 of 2024.
3. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the 2nd respondent had forwarded a proposal to the 1st respondent for declaration of probation and for finalisation of seniority, vide Letter No.42180/E1/2013 dated 28.04.2025, in the cadre of Deputy Director of Mines and Geology working in the Department. The name of the petitioner was also included in the said proposal. The proposal is presently under examination by the Government.
4. The said communication is placed before this Court. Learned counsel for the petitioner endorses the same. A perusal of the communication, the petitioner’s name is indeed included.
5. Given the facts and circumstances, this court doesn’t find any violation and thus, the contempt case is closed for the time being. No costs.
As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
