By this application, the appellant is seeking condonation of delay which is caused in preferring the appeal against conviction. 3. As per the ground raised in the application that the applicant is the only earning member of his family, having old aged parents having several ailments and the family members. He is in jail since after his conviction and there is nobody to look after his defence. Therefore, he could not approach to the Counsel to prefer the appeal. 4. Learned APP strongly opposed the application on the ground that the reason mentioned is not sufficient and satisfactory. 938.appa.379.25.odt 2 5. After hearing learned Counsel for the applicant and on perusal of the application it reveals that as the applicant was behind the bar he could not approach to his Counsel which appears to be just and reasonable cause for condonation of delay. 6.
