Case No. 76 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have obtained job on the basis of forged documents. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since 21.03.2025. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed. 7.
