1. Heard learned counsel for the Parties.
2. By means of this application, the Petitioner seeks the intervention of this Court praying for a direction to the Opposite Parties to act upon the complaint filed by him under Annexure-5 dated 25.02.2025.
3. Mr. Panda, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that for the inaction of the concerned Police Station, the matter was also brought to the notice of the different authorities including the S.D.P.O. Jeypore. However, no action has been initiated as yet.
4. Having regard to the nature of the complaint, the same is required to be examined by the IIC., Jeypore Town P.S. While not expressing any opinion on the merit of the complaint it is directed that the IIC, Jeypore Town P.S. shall examine the complaint and in the event any prima facie material reveals from the complaint giving rise to a cognizable offence, get the same registered and commence investigation, if any in accordance with law.
5. Accordingly, the CRLMP stands disposed of.
