N SRIHARI (Standing Counsel for ZPP MPP and GRAM PANCHAYAT) The Court made the following order: The short grievance of the petitioner is that the 5th respondent is attempting to break the pond bund called Chakali Cheruvu Gattu situated at Kesavadasupalem village, Sakhinetipalli Mandal, Dr.B.R.Ambedkar konaseema District which is used by the villagers for their daily necessities. 2. Heard Sri Ch.Venkata Challarao, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Bala Krishna, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj Department and Sri Y.Koteswara Rao, learned Standing counsel for Gram Panchayat. 3. When the matter is taken up for consideration, Sri Bala Krishna, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj Department and Sri Y.Koteswara Rao, learned Standing counsel for Gram Panchayat collectively submitted that some repair works are being done in the said pond bund and they are not breaking the pond bund as alleged by the petitioner. 4. In view of the said submission as the 5th respondent is not breaking the pond bund as alleged by the petitioner and they are only making some repair works to the said pond bund, there remains nothing for adjudication and the writ petition can be closed.
