Repairs to Kambadahal Katwa PR Tank near Kambadahal (V) C Belagal (M) Kurnool vide 67/2018-2019 dated 16-04-2018 for Neeru-Chettu programme respectively for Neeru-Chettu programme duly approved by the respondents, as illegal, arbitrary, unjust, unreasonable and violative of fundamental rights guaranteed to the Petitioner under Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to consider the payment of amounts of Rs.30,59,569/- due to the petitioner in respect of execution of said works executed by the Petitioner; and to pass such other order or orders….” 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents. 3. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner stated that, pending the writ petition, the respondents have paid the amounts due to the petitioner. Therefore, requested this Court to close the writ petition. 4. Recording the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is closed.
