The Court made the following Order:
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents. 2.
This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the respondents in trying to allot the private patta land of the petitioners to an extent of Ac.0.10 cents, Ac.0.19 cents and Ac.1.10 cents in Sy.No.338 situated at Chunchu Yerragudi Village, Krishna Giri Mandal, Kurnool District under 8Navaratnalu-Pedalandariki Illu9 scheme to the 3rd parties without following due process of law. 3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader relying upon the written instructions of the 4th respondent dated 22.09.2025 submits that the subject land was not used for the above said public purpose of housing scheme. 4. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. The written instructions of the 4th respondent dated 22.09.2025 shall be made as part of the court record. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. Interim order if any, deemed to have been vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.
