WRIT PETITION No.32696 OF 2018
ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
“….to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in not furnishing the documents sought for by the petitioner in his application dt.3-8-2018, as being illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.”
2. None appeared for the writ petitioner. 3. Learned Additional Government Pleader for Home would submit that on 11.10.2018 it was informed that charge sheet was filed vide C.C.1924/2018 on 03.10.2018 and all the relevant documents were filed along with the charge sheet before the concerned Magistrate, and this Court gave liberty to the writ petitioner to approach the concerned Court and seek for certified copies of the same. 4. Learned Additional Government Pleader for Home would further submit that the above case is pending before the Magistrate, and the same is coming for trial and posted to 17.12.2025. 5. In that view of the matter, the writ petition which was filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent i.e., Superintendent of Police,

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, interlocutory applications, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. ______________________________ JUSTICE B.V.L.N. CHAKRAVARTHI 12.11.2025 PSK
