The Hon’ble Supreme Court, time and again, deprecated such practice expediting the trials without sufficient data available on record as regards the pendency of the matters before such court. 3. In the present matter, no such data is given in the application and considering the judgment of the Hon’ble Supreme Court in the case of M.
