Issue a Writ, Order, or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the inaction of the Respondent Nos. 3 in not taking action upon the Petitioner's complaint dated 04.11.2025 as illegal, arbitrary, and violative of Articles 14, 19, and 21 of the Constitution of India 2. Direct the 2 Respondent No.3Police Inspector, Vedayapalem Police Station, Nellore, to register and investigate the Petitioner's complaint dated 04.11.2025 against the Unofficial Respondent Mr. V. B. Reddy and others for their criminal acts of intimidation, trespass, and unlawful eviction attempts 3. Direct the Respondents 2 and 3 to provide adequate police protection to the Petitioner and her son Mr. Sonu Jain from any further threats or unlawful interference by the Unofficial Respondent or his associates 4. Pass an interim order restraining the Unofficial Respondent from dispossessing or interfering with the Petitioner's peaceful possession and management of the JBFMS Head Office at 26-12-364/2, BV Nagar, Vedayapalem, Nellore, pending disposal of this Writ Petition.” 2.
