Petition No. 3630/2021 was dismissed on account of non- prosecution. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that on account of bonafide inadvertence, learned counsel for the petitioner could not appear on 22.09.2023 before this Court whereas, the petitioner is still keen to pursue the matter on merits.
