The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Chhattarpur P.S. Case No. 166/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 111(2)(b))4), 310(4) & (5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 25(1-B)a, 25(6), 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of Sri P.N., Upadhyay, learned J.M.F.C., Palamau, Daltonganj. 3. On 21.09.2024, at about 09:00 p.m., Chhattarpur Police, on the basis of confidential information that unknown criminals had assembled at village Madanpur and were making preparation for committing dacoity, raided the place of occurrence. The petitioner alongwith co-accused persons were apprehended at the place of occurrence and on search, firearms were recovered from their possession. 4. It was submitted that only one mobile phone was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was further submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court earlier. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri P.N., Upadhyay, learned J.M.F.C., Palamau, Daltonganj in connection with Chhattarpur P.S.
