JUSTICE SANGEETA SHARMA Order 02/12/2025 Instant application has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer to set aside the order passed by this Court vide order dated 22.08.2025 whereby restoration application was allowed, subject to cost of Rs.500/- to be deposited with the Rajasthan State Legal Services Authority, Jaipur within a period of four weeks from the date of order, failing which it was therein stated that the restoration order shall stand disposed of without reference to the Court. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to inadvertence he could not comply with the order. He further stated that today he deposit the cost of Rs.500/- with the Rajasthan State Legal Services Authority, Jaipur. (2 of 2) [WRES-575/2025] In view of the fact that previous cost of Rs.500/- has been deposited and receipt is placed on record, this Court deems it just and proper to allow the application.
