This Court vide an order dated 20.03.2025 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners with one of the condition that the petitioners shall execute sureties to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Alandur within a period of two weeks. 2.The contention of the petitioner is that the petitioners had applied for copy application only on 07.04.2025, the copies were made ready and thereafter there was continuous Government holiday and summer vacation, due to which, petitioner could not execute the sureties. 3. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record. 4.
