1. The present petition has been filed by the applicant with the following prayers:
“a. That the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records of lodging FIR and charge- sheet against the applicant on the basis of complaint of respondent No. 6, and the Criminal Case No. 166 of 2023 for kind perusal of this Hon’ble Court. b. That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to
3 quash the charge-sheet against the applicant under Section 294, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and the Criminal Case No. 166 of 2023 is pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Kharsia, District Raigarh (C.G.) may kindly be quashed in the interest of justice. c. Any other relief may also be granted to the applicant which this Hon’ble Court deems fit in facts and circumstances of the case.”
