The hon’ble court kindly be pleased to Quash/set-aside FIR Bearing Crime No. 33317013180401/2018 dated 12/05/2018 (Annexure P-1) registered at Police Station Civil Line, District Bilaspur (C.G.), in the interest of justice.” 3 This is the second petition for the same cause of action. Earlier the petitioner has filed a petition being CRMP No. 434/2023 for the same cause of action, which was disposed of by this Court vide order dated 11.08.2025. 4 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the earlier petition was disposed off as the matter was compromised between the parties by mutual consent at National Lok Adalat, but the impugned FIR has not been quashed/set-aside in the said case and the police is harassing the petitioner, hence the present petition. 5 Perusal of the order dated 11.08.2025 passed in CRMP No. 434/2023 goes to show that the petitioner had not appeared in the matter to the said petition, but the counsel, who has appeared on behalf of the respondent No.3/complainant, and on the basis of his submission, the said petition was disposed off. 6 In that view of the matter, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to take appropriate steps for redressal of his grievance.
