ORDER:
1. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are aggrieved by the action of respondents 5 to 7 in interfering with the civil disputes aiding the respondents 8 to 11 to indulge in illegal construction.
2. It is submitted that the petitioners have filed WP.No. 10118 of 2003 and on 05.05.2023, the learned Standing Counsel for the GVMC has informed the Court that the construction work of the 6*^ respondent therein was stopped.
3. It is submitted that inspite of the same the 8*^ respondent continued to indulge in the illegal construction and as such contempt case is filed and is pending. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the only relief in the present writ petition is that the respondents 5 to 7 at the behest of respondents 8 to 11 are aiding and protecting the alleged « illegal construction of respondents 8 to 11. .
4. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that there is a case and counter case registered against the ) \ unofficial respondents.

5. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.
6. Considering the submissions there shall be a direction to the respondents 5 to 7 not to interfere with the civil disputes pending between the petitioners and the unofficial respondents and it is left open for the petitioners to take up the issue of construction before the appropriate forum.
7. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed off without costs.
