ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to issue Writ Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS, declaring the action of the official respondents in not considering the representation Dt.12/3/2021 of the petitioner, is quite illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and against to the principal of Natural Justice and consequently to direct the respondents not to interfere with the personal liberty in the matrimonial affairs and matrimonial home of the petitioner and pending H.M.O.P.No.63/2020 on the file of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Kovvuru, West Godavari District.,…”
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that a crime has been registered against the petitioner in Crime No.118 of 2020 under Section 498-A r/w 34 of IPC and the petitioner was called to the police station regarding the said crime.
3. Per contra, Sri M.Chandrasekhar, learned counsel would submit that the learned counsel on record is no more. He would further submit that the police are interfering in the matrimonial disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondent regarding H.M.O.P.No.63 of 2020 on the file of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Kovvuru, West Godavari District.
4. In that view, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are
directed to follow due process of law regarding the Crime registered against

the petitioner. The police are further directed not to interfere in the matrimonial disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondent. There shall be no order as to costs.
