The Petitioner, while working as a Junior Assistant in the office of Respondent No. 3, was transferred to the office of Respondent No. 6 on ill advice of his colleagues. The Petitioner thereafter submitted a representation dated 15.03.2025 explaining the reasons for his request to be transferred and the health condition of his daughter, who is said to be suffering from type-1 diabetes, which requires constant medical care and accessibility to better hospitals. Learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the representation of the Petitioner dated 15.03.2025 would be examined and appropriate orders will be passed thereon. 3. 4.
