Sri Hari Narayan Singh, learned counsel for the respondent- Food Corporation placed a letter dated 28.04.2025 written by the Regional Manager Food Corporation before the Court, the same is taken on record. 2. It is stated in the aforesaid Instructions that at no point of time, any pension form was submitted either by the workman/husband of the petitioner who was superannuated in the year 2002. It is further stated that in case, the petitioner will submit necessary papers and documents before the respondent No.2/Divisional Manager, Food Corporation of India, Annagar Manuduhadih Depot, Varanasi, he will take appropriate action in the matter. 3. Sri Jagdish Pathak, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent No.5 argued that in case, the respondent No.2 will forward the paper before the Assistant Provident Fund Commissioner, Regional Office, Delhi (Central) Bhavisha Nidhi Bahwan, Wazirpur Industrial Area, Delhi-110052, he will take a decision in the matter expeditiously. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 5. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to submit all the relevant papers and documents before the respondent No.2/Divisional Manager, Food Corporation of India, Annagar Manuduhadih Depot, Varanasi within a period of three weeks from today along with certified copy of this order. In the case the petitioner do so, the respondent No.2 will do the needful and forward the papers before the Assistant Provident Fund Commissioner, Regional Office, Delhi (Central) Bhavisha Nidhi Bahwan, Wazirpur Industrial Area, Delhi-110052 expeditiously. The Assistant Provident Fund Commissioner, Regional Office, Delhi (Central) Bhavisha Nidhi Bahwan, Wazirpur Industrial Area, Delhi-110052 is also directed to take a decision in the matter expeditiously after receipt of the papers from respondent No.2.
