Learned counsel Mr. B.K. Dash has entered appearance by filing Vakalatanama on behalf of the Opposite Party No.2. The same is taken on record.
2. Name of learned counsel Mr. Dash be reflected in the file, cause list as well as web portal of this Court.
3. A memo has been filed by the learned counsel indicating the number of the second appeal i.e.
Second Appeal No.913 of 2025 for disposal of which the W.P.(C) has been filed.

Learned counsel for the Opposite Party No.2 has filed instructions indicating that the said number relates to the present writ petition. The said instruction is taken on record.
5. The present writ petition has been filed against the alleged inaction on the part of the State Information Commission in disposing of Second Appeal No.913 of 2025, vide Annexure-3, filed under Section 19(3) of the Right to Information Act, 2005.
6. Considering the limited nature of grievance and taking into account the submission of the learned counsel for the parties, liberty is given to the Petitioner to move an application before the State Information Commission for expeditious disposal of the second appeal. If such an application is filed, the same shall be disposed of expeditiously in accordance with law.
7. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
