SAI KRISHNA SRINIVAS G The Court made the following: 2 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the 3rd and 4th Respondents in blocking / freezing the current accounts of Petitioners bearing Account Nos.605305057020 and 916020023623440 on the directions of the 2nd Respondent, without any evidence, as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and in violation of principles of natural justice and set aside the same and to consequently direct the 3rd and 4th Respondents to immediately unblock the current accounts of the Petitioners in the interest of justice.” 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that, in view of the interim order dated 07.12.2021 in I.A.No.1 of 2021 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, the Petitioners are permitted to operate their bank accounts and withdraw the amount, which is not involved in the subject crime. Hence, no further orders are required in this matter and the petition may be disposed of. 3. Sri S. Vivek Chandra Sekhar, learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Petitioners are at liberty to work out their remedy with regard to the disputed amount before the concerned Court in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
