On 03.02.2025, the writ petition was adjourned at the request of the learned Assistant Government Pleader to get instructions from respondent No.3. 4. Today, when the matter is listed, Sri S. Raju, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services – I submitted the instructions of respondent No.3, wherein, it was mentioned that an amount of Rs.4,22,031/- was credited to the petitioner’s bank account on 13.02.2025. Learned counsel for the petitioner also endorsed the same. 5. Given the facts and circumstances of the case and since the salary of the petitioner was credited, no further adjudication is required and hence the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.
