Case No. 100 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 409, 420 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is the Principal of a college and he is alleged to have misappropriated the government fund. 4. The petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in jail since 10.03.2025. 5. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, this application is allowed. Patna High Court CR.
