In pursuance of the order dated 05/08/2025, Shri Justice R. K. Deshpande (former Judge) has shown his willingness to act as the Arbitrator and has complied with the requirement under Section 11(8) and 12(1) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Hence, I deem it appropriate to appoint him as the Arbitrator to arbitrate the dispute between the parties. 2. The parties are directed to deposit processing fees/charges of Rs. 10,000/- each to the registry within one week. On deposit of the said charges, the registry is to communicate the order to Shri Justice R. K. Deshpande (former Judge) about his appointment as an Arbitrator in the matter. 3. Parties to appear before the Arbitrator at 11 am on 15/09/2025. 4.
