Learned counsel for the Petitioner contended that the impugned order of suspension was passed pursuant to a news paper article and news paper article cannot be the basis for passing the impugned suspension order. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that case of the Petitioner would be reviewed in terms of G.O.Ms.No.22 School Education (Services.II) Department dated 20.05.2025. 4. Taking note of the submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Respondents to consider the case of the Petitioner in terms of G.O.Ms.No.22 dated 20.05.2025.
