Present application has been moved for relaxation of bail condition as imposed vide order dated 25th April, 2025 whereby the petitioner while being admitted to bail was directed to meet the I.C. Madhyamgram police station once in a week until further orders. Learned counsel further submits that petitioner has so far complied with the order of this court. Learned counsel submits that petitioner is suffering knee problem and facing travel to meet the I.C. Madhyamgram in every week. 2. Learned counsel for the State has filed the report and submitted that petitioner has strictly complied with the order of this court. The charge-sheet has already been filed. 2 3. In the circumstances, let the petitioner meet the I.C. Madhyamgram police station once in a month. 4. Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2025 stands disposed of. 5.
