Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari to quash the the order dated 18.03.2025 passed by the Naib Tehsildar, Bhadohi in Case No.RST/00152/2021, Computerised Case No.T202116670300152 (Hameed Ali Versus ),under Section 209 (Ja) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 in violation of the principles of natural justice (Annexure No.1 to the writ petition). II) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus restraining the respondents not to interfere in the peaceful possession of petitioner over the disputed land." 3. By the order impugned, restoration application filed by the petitioner has been rejected. 4. A preliminary objection has been raised by learned Standing Counsel that against the order impugned, petitioner has remedy of filing a revision under Section 210 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. In view of the same, I am not inclined to interfere with the matter. 5. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy, as available to him, under the law.
