This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 07.04.2025 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 15079 of 2025 by this Court to the extent of correction of name of petitioner no. 3, as “Amar Kumar Mishra”, instead of Bijay Kumar Mishra and extension of further time for furnishing bail-bonds. 3. In view of aforesaid facts, let “Amar Kumar Mishra” be read in place of “Bijay Kumar Mishra” in the cause title of order 07.04.2025 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 15079 of 2025. 4. Accordingly, further six weeks time from today is Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37963 of 2025(2) dt.27-06-2025 2/2 granted to the petitioner to surrender and furnish bail-bond before the concerned Court where the case is pending. 5. Accordingly, said order passed in Cr.Misc.
