(Endt.l) Department, dated 18.10.2005, as illegal and arbitrary. The Petitioner was initially appointed as Record Assistant on 17.11.2000 pursuant to the order of Respondent No.2 on contract basis. Thereafter, his services were continued and by applying his scale attached to the post of Record Assistant on 25.04.2011, the services of the Petitioner were regularized after declaring probation. The Petitioner was subsequently promoted as Junior Assistant by the Executive Officer of the Respondent-Temple vide proceedings in Rc.No.8 of 2022 dated 17.08.2022 based on the orders of Commissioner of Endowments dated 2. L.Dis.No.CI/COE-13025/34/2022 Department issued in 08.08.2022. The next available promotion for the Petitioner is Executive Officer Grade-Ill. As the case of the Petitioner is not being considered to the said post, the present writ petition is filed. Learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits 3. that the Petitioner has passed all the departmental tests conducted by 4 APPSC. He further submits that as no representation is given by the may submit a fresh representation to the Petitioner, the Petitioner Respondent Authorities to consider his case. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the following directions; (i) The Petitioner is directed to give a representation to the Respondent Authorities for appointment by transfer to the post of Executive Officer Grade-Ill. (ii) On receipt of the said representation, the Respondent Authorities shall examine the same and pass appropriate orders thereon within a period of three (3) months thereafter.
