Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2. In this writ petition, the petitioner is assailing the Government Order No.OE 196 KaAaSe 2017 dated 27.10.2017 (Annexure-A) ('G.O.' for short') passed by respondent No.1, revising the fees for issuance of No

Objection Certificate (NOC) for sanction plan by BBMP for construction of a building in the schedule property, as well as seeking quashing of the Demand Note bearing No.KSFES/DemNo/353/18-19 dated 27.06.2019 (Annexure-B) issued by respondent No.2. 3. Having taken note of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties and the memo dated 27.10.2025 filed by the petitioner wherein an identical matter in WP No.31197/2018 and connected writ petitions were disposed of on 24.09.2019 and this Court had quashed the very same G.O. dated 27.10.2017 and the Demand Notice issued therein. 4.
In that view of the matter, I am of the opinion that, the petition is required to be allowed by following the declaration of law made by this Court in the aforesaid writ petition and accordingly, the Demand Note dated 27.06.2019 (Annexure-B) issued by respondent No.2
