The petitioner has prayed for a writ of mandamus directing respondent no. 2 i.e. Vice Chairman, Agra Development Authority, Agra to remove illegal encroachments from the allotted Plot No. 1, Sector C-1, Shastri Puram Scheme and decide his representation dated 13.11.2024. 2. The case of the petitioner is that he was allotted the aforesaid plot by the respondent - Development Authority. The petitioner has already deposited Rs. 81 lacs in the account of Agra Development Authority, Agra so far. The petitioner visited the site before obtaining sale deed and thereupon it transpired that there was some encroachment over the allotted plot. The petitioner made a representation on 13.11.2024 to the respondent - Development Authority to remove the encroachments and demarcate the plot properly, so that the petitioner may pay the remaining amount and complete the formalities for obtaining the sale deed. In the said representation, the petitioner has also stated that he would pay the entire outstanding amount in lump-sum at the time of execution of the sale deed. 3. Sri D.S. Chauhan, learned counsel for the respondent - Development Authority states that the proceedings of demarcation are underway and that respondent no. 2 would pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 13.11.2024. 4. Having regard to the aforesaid stand of the Development Authority, we dispose of the instant petition with direction to respondent no. 2 to ensure that the allotted plot is properly demarcated and take decision on his representation dated 13.11.2024 or any representation already made thereafter within four weeks from the date of communication of the instant order.
