Even in the revised call, none appears on behalf of the petitioners, however, Sri Mahesh Prasad, learned counsel for respondent no. 4 and learned Standing Counsel for the State- respondents is present. 2. By way of the present writ petition, a direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in peaceful marital/live-in life of petitioners, has been sought. 3. Sri Mahesh Prasad, learned counsel for respondent no. 4 showed some difficulty for compliance of order dated 28.04.2025 and at the same time, none appeared on behalf of the petitioners. 4. After making certain queries to learned counsel for respondent no. 4, it has came into light that now both the families of respective parties are well satisfied and there is hardly any cause of action available in favour of the petitioners for pursuing the instant petition. 5.
