S DILIP JAYA RAM Counsel for the Contemnor(S): 1. R SUDHA RANI The Court made the following: ::ORDER :: The above contempt case has been filed complaining about the non- implementation of the order dated 21.12.2024 passed in W.P.No.23697 of 2024. 2. Heard learned counsel appearing on either side. 3. The petitioner filed W.P.No.23697 of 2024, impugning the proceedings issued by respondent No.4-The District Educational Officer and Ex officio Project Coordinator, Andhra Pradesh Samagra Siksha, Kurnool District vide Rc.No.1Spl/APMS GH/2024 dated 18.04.2024, whereby the petitioner was terminated from the service with immediate effect. 4. The writ petition was allowed on 21.12.2024. The operative portion of the said order reads as follows: <Accordingly this writ petition is allowed. The proceedings issued by respondent No.4 vide Rc.No.1Spl/APMS GH/2024 dated 18.04.2024 are hereby set aside. Respondent No.4 shall issue notice afresh to the petitioner and conduct an enquiry, by giving an opportunity to the petitioner, and pass a reasoned order. Based on the enquiry report, the respondent shall decide on the services of the petitioner. The above exercise shall be completed within eight weeks from receipt of the copy of the order.= 5. A counter-affidavit was filed on behalf of respondent No.2. Along with the counter-affidavit, a show-cause notice dated 25.01.2025 issued to the petitioner, the explanation dated 03.02.2025 submitted by the petitioner and the final termination order dated 06.04.2025, along with other documents, were filed. 6. Sri S. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that in pursuance of the order dated 21.12.2025, a show-cause notice dated 25.01.2025, was issued to the petitioner and thereafter, the petitioner submitted an explanation. After considering the explanation submitted by the petitioner, the proceedings dated 06.04.2025 were issued. 8. Thus, as seen from the proceedings dated 06.04.2025, this Court does not find any violation of the order dated 21.12.2025 passed in W.P.No.23697 of 2024 9. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, the Contempt Case is closed, giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings dated 06.04.2025, if aggrieved. No order as to costs. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. ___________________________ JUSTICE SUBBA REDDY SATTI Date: 12.09.2025 TVN 530 THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE SUBBA REDDY SATTI CONTEMPT CASE No.962 OF 2025 Date: 12.09.2025 TVN
