No. 8233/2025 on the file the High Court of Andhra Pradesh in Crime No. 24/2025 on the file of KIA Police Station, Sri Satyasai District, more particularly condition No. iv of the conditions i.e. petitioner shall appear before the Station House Officer concerned once in a week i.e., on every Saturday between 10.00 am and 5.00 p.m., till filing of the charge sheet, imposed by this Hon’ble Court, Pending disposal of CRLP No. 8233 of 2025, on the file of the High Court. The court while directing issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this application should not be complied with, made the following order.(The receipt of this order will be deemed to be the receipt of notice in the case). ORDER: Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions, but the charge sheet has not yet been filed. For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the petition, the condition imposed on the petitioners herein vide orders in Crl.P.No.8233 of 2025 dated 04.09.2025 to appear before the Station House Officer concerned, once in a week i.e., on every Saturday between 10.00 A.M., and 05.00 P.M., till filing of the charge sheet, is hereby relaxed. However, the petitioner shall make himself available to the Investigating Officer as and when required. Accordingly, the I.A.No.1 of 2025 is allowed.
