ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following reliefs: <….to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more in the nature of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in interfering with the discharge of functions of the petitioner as the President of the AI Madeena Masjid Trust at the instance of respondents 4 to 8 yielding to the pressures brought out by them through political identities even though the dispute was ceased of by a competent civil court in OS No.43 of 2019 and directing the petitioner to settle the disputes with them and trying to settle the civil dispute even though he do not have any authority, as being illegal, arbitrary and is in violation of principles of natural justice and established judicial precedents, and pass…= (in verbatim)

Learned counsel for the petitioner is in attendance.
3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, submitted that the preliminary investigator and the police would reveal that the dispute in question is purely civil in nature and that they would not interfere with the matter.
4. Heard the submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home and placed on record the written instructions that the
4 matter is civil in nature. In that view of the matter, no further orders are required in this writ petition.
5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed at the stage of admission without going into the merits of the case. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, interlocutory applications, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
