During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that against the impugned proceedings, dated 01.04.2025, the petitioner has preferred an Appeal before the 3'"' respondent/Joint Collector on 21.03.2025 and the same is pending for consideration and prayed to dispose the same. 3. Having considered the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, the 3'^^ respondent is directed to dispose of the Appeal, dated 21.03.2025, preferred by the petitioner, within a period of one (1) month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, the respondents shall restore the authorization of the petitioner’s fair price shop. 4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
