The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for the following relief(s); “10.1 That, this Hon'ble High Court may kindly be pleased to direct the Civil Judge Senior Class, Ghargoda, Dist. Raigarh (C.G.) to expedite the trial of Civil Suit No. 60A/2023. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble High Court may kindly be pleased to issue/fix a specified time frame & direct the Civil Judge Senior Class, Ghargoda, Dist. Raigarh (C.G.) to conclude the suit within that specified time frame. 10.3 That, any other relief/order which may deem fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case including award of the costs of the petition may be given.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Civil Suit No. 60A/2023 is pending before the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Ghargoda, District – Raigarh (C.G.) since 30.06.2023 and is continuing up to 15.09.2025. He submits that, considering the age of the petitioner, a direction may be issued to the trial Court to conclude the suit within a reasonable period of time. 3. In view of the aforesaid submission, this Court is not inclined to issue a mandatory direction to the trial Court to conclude the suit within a fixed time frame. However, considering the age of the petitioner, it is expected that the trial Court shall make an earnest endeavour to expedite the trial and conclude the proceedings at the earliest possible. 4.
